I’m a project manager working across technical development, production and international delivery for physical retail environments.
My experience combines custom production, supplier coordination, material development, pre-assembly, logistics and on-site execution. I’m most effective where different disciplines need to come together and complex requirements must become clear, buildable outcomes.
I bring a design-sensitive approach to project management, with enough technical understanding to challenge decisions, coordinate specialists and protect the quality of the final result — without losing sight of timing, feasibility and delivery.
