THE PROJECT
The Fall/Winter 2023 campaign translated a marble-inspired visual concept into a series of physical window installations for GUESS by Marciano flagship stores across multiple international markets.
The project combined illuminated marble-effect wall panels, gold-finished display furniture, printed flooring, customized props and campaign graphics, requiring coordination across technical development, materials, suppliers, production, packaging and international delivery.
MY ROLE
As part of the project management team, I contributed to the technical development and delivery of the campaign from material definition through production and international rollout.
My responsibilities included material research, technical development of selected display elements, supplier coordination, preparation of production documentation, organization of packaging requirements and support for installation teams across European locations.
I also coordinated the production of custom gold-galvanized metal components with an international supplier and developed technical solutions required to translate the approved visual concept into reproducible physical elements.

01 – DISPLAY FURNITURE
Custom display tables combined metal structures with marble-effect surfaces. I contributed to their technical development, material definition and production coordination, translating the approved design into reproducible physical elements.

production
The custom display tables were produced through an international supplier, translating the approved technical requirements into the final metal structures and marble-effect surfaces.
During production, I coordinated technical requirements, finishes and manufacturing progress, supporting the alignment between the approved design and the physical components required for the international rollout.

INSTALLATION & FINAL RESULT
The finished display furniture was integrated into the campaign windows across multiple locations, together with the marble-effect surfaces, illuminated wall elements and other visual components.

02 – MODULAR ILLUMINATED WALL SYSTEM
The illuminated marble-effect wall was developed as a modular system composed of multiple panels. During the technical development, a key challenge was ensuring consistent alignment between adjacent modules once installed on site.
To improve positioning and continuity between the panels, I developed a simple mechanical connection using metal plates and screws, allowing adjacent modules to be aligned and secured during installation.

FINAL RESULT
The modular system was implemented across the campaign rollout, allowing the illuminated marble-effect panels to be assembled on site while maintaining consistent alignment and visual continuity between adjacent modules.

03 – CUSTOM FLOORING COVERINGS
Monochrome PVC floor coverings were produced in a campaign-specific Pantone colour and adapted to the dimensions and geometry of each store. I defined the required dimensions for each location, including non-standard configurations such as curved storefronts, and coordinated the technical information with the supplier for production and rollout.

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION & ROLLOUT
Beyond the development of individual components, my role extended to coordinating production, packaging and international rollout activities across multiple destinations. I worked with specialized suppliers, monitored production progress, organized warehouse preparation and packing requirements, and supported the coordination of shipments and installations across Europe and selected international markets.
The rollout involved 30+ international retail locations, with multiple suppliers and internal teams working across a project timeline of around three months. More than 10 installations were supported through dedicated on-site supervisors, while additional locations were managed through direct shipment. This required maintaining consistency between approved designs, manufactured components, packing requirements and final implementation across different store environments.
PRODUCTION SCALE

PACKAGING & LOGISTICS
I coordinated the preparation of components for international shipment, organizing packing requirements, hardware and installation materials by destination. I supported warehouse activities, prepared packing lists and checklists, and coordinated shipments to help ensure that the correct components reached each location ready for installation.

INTERNATIONAL ROLLOUT
The campaign was rolled out across 30+ international retail locations. For more than 10 installations, I coordinated dedicated on-site supervisors, supporting the installation process remotely and helping maintain consistency with the approved project. Additional locations were managed through direct shipment, with components and installation materials prepared according to each destination.
