THE PROJECT
Blooming Flowers was an international Louis Vuitton window campaign built around large-scale floral elements and sculptural compositions. The project involved the production, preparation and distribution of hundreds of individual components across multiple destinations, requiring close coordination between suppliers, warehouse teams, packaging activities and international shipments.
The scale and complexity of the campaign made logistics and preparation a critical part of the execution: each destination required the correct combination of components, protective packaging and dedicated transport solutions to ensure that the installations could be completed accurately and without damage.
MY ROLE
I supported the project manager during the operational execution of the campaign, with a focus on incoming goods control, warehouse coordination, packaging preparation and international shipment activities. I checked incoming components against project requirements, coordinated packing operations and worked with suppliers and transport partners to prepare each destination for shipment.
I also developed the custom crate requirements for the different window configurations, defining quantities and dimensions through CAD drawings, and supported the reconciliation of additional costs, orders and project documentation. During the most intensive phases, I coordinated a dedicated warehouse and packaging team to help ensure that hundreds of components were correctly identified, protected and dispatched.

INCOMING GOODS & QUALITY CONTROL
Components produced by multiple specialized suppliers were consolidated at the warehouse before shipment. I supported the incoming-goods control by opening deliveries, checking quantities and verifying the condition of hundreds of individual components against the project requirements and destination needs.
When damaged or missing elements were identified, I coordinated the necessary follow-up with the relevant suppliers so that replacement components could be prepared before packing and dispatch. This verification stage was essential to reduce errors later in the logistics and installation process.
CUSTOM CRATE PLANNING
Different window configurations required dedicated transport crates to protect the sculptural components during international shipment. I defined the number and dimensions of the custom crates for each destination using CAD, translating the size and grouping of the components into practical packing solutions.
The crate planning had to account for component geometry, handling requirements and the way each shipment would be divided by destination. As packing progressed, I also supported adjustments to the crate requirements when additional capacity was needed.
FULL-SCALE PRE-ASSEMBLY & VERIFICATION
Before packing and shipment, selected window configurations were assembled at full scale against 1:1 reference templates. This made it possible to verify the relationship between the individual sculptural components, their positioning and the overall composition before the elements were separated again for transport.
I supported this verification stage from the operational side, checking that the required components were available and consistent with the project and destination requirements before packing. The full-scale mock-ups also provided a clear reference for identifying missing, damaged or incorrectly prepared elements before dispatch.

Once the components had been verified and the crate requirements defined, I coordinated the warehouse packing activities by destination. Working with the dedicated packing team, I helped organize the components, protective materials and installation hardware so that each shipment contained the correct set of elements for its specific window configuration.
I prepared and cross-checked packing information, supported the resolution of last-minute shortages or damaged components, and coordinated the handover of completed crates to the transport team. During the most intensive phase, this required managing several shipments in parallel while maintaining accuracy between project requirements, packed components and destination-specific deliveries.
FINAL RESULT
The campaign was successfully prepared and dispatched across EMEA and selected international destinations, with the window components arriving intact and the installations completed correctly. The coordination between incoming-goods checks, full-scale verification, crate planning and destination-specific packing helped reduce errors throughout the rollout.
Blooming Flowers was my first major international assignment within the company and gave me substantial responsibility in the warehouse and logistics phases of a complex luxury retail project. The accuracy of my work was recognized internally and contributed to the confirmation of my apprenticeship.
